About Our Staff
Our staff of Licensed Master’s Level Social Workers is composed of experienced clinicians with a variety of specialties and areas of treatment focus for both children and adults. All of our providers are fully licensed in the State of Michigan.
An initial call with our clerical staff allows us to gather some basic information, helping us discern appropriateness for services requested, and the clinician best suited for the area of treatment concern.
Some of our staff focus primarily on working with adult patients, and provide individual and family (working with couples) counseling. Others work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families.
A few additional and important notes about the work we do. First, our outpatient setting does not provide crisis based services. Second, our team focuses exclusively on mental health treatment, and those seeking services related to concerns with addiction will be directed to more appropriate area service providers. Lastly, we do not prescribe or manage medications; we support patients in working with their primary care physicians or other providers as appropriate.
